Works in progress for an upcoming solo exhibition titled "Source of Fortune".

In this body of work BARC explores a world beyond the canine character creating his own mythology with works that resemble artifacts from ancient times. BARC's new work in ceramic, wood, and stone sculpture present an homage to relics he has experienced in museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Cloisters. These works are blended with imagery from BARC's contemporary painting style to create a modern mythology steeped with animistic traditions.
